I have been in the Food and Beverage industry for over 20 years. I was self-employed as owner and operator of Crawdad’s Bar & Grill from 1997 – 2003. We specialized in Cajun Cuisine along with delicious spirits as well as live music every weekend. After I sold my restaurant, I continued working at Delanie's Restaurant for eight years in the Tallmadge area. My specialty drinks are of a vast variety for any occasion!
